I appreciate the provided kitchen amenities. The full-sized gas cooker, along with cooking utensils, really helped me prepare meals. They supply washing liquid and kitchen roll. This was a nice touch and saved me a trip to the store.
The room smelled lightly of stale smoke. This surprised me, because I assumed the hotel was nonsmoking.

The position of this accommodation is really central. It is near Times Square and next to a metro station. also the 5th avenue and the Rockefeller Center, for simple access.

The studio featured dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Daily cleaning was done. It also included clean towels plus a fresh dish cloth and a top up of toilet rolls.

Two lifts served the twelve floors, and arrival times were quick and helpful. A laundry room in the basement was available. This allowed guests to do washing on the premises.

i had a few issues . the advertised kitchenette lacked basic supplies. i had to buy salt, pepper, and sugar (it's annoying). a more significant problem was the noise. my room faced the street, and the sound insulation was poor. sleeping was difficult (even with earplugs!).

i'm so excited to share my experience. the location was super central (everything felt close!). i really liked the two-bedroom apartment we booked, it had a cooker, coffee machine, microwave, and even a fridge freezer. we also found a dining table perfect for seating four people.
the noise was a bit of a challenge. it was difficult to sleep well with a simple window right in the heart of the city. i suggest bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to city sounds.

the front desk is staffed 24/7, so someone is always available. they also offer luggage storage, really handy if you arrive early or have a late departure. the staff are pleasant and cheerful, always giving a warm greeting.

the hotel includes a laundry room in the basement for guest use (i didn't personally use it). vending machines selling snacks are available on the second floor. each room has a shower and a bath, what a bonus!

the location was convenient. it was close to many attractions and transportation.
The noise was excessive. i reminded me of i was sleeping right on the street. The windows did not block any sound. also, the air conditioning in the room was very loud. it was hard to sleep because of these issues.
